Successfull seminar

As planned the seminar went very well and the organizers are very happy with the papers and level of participants.
Eight papers, 80 participants and more that 8 hours of and in depth analyisis of the changing reality in the audiovisual world.

The content of the papers was very enriching and will be published in this blog in a few days time.

Meanwhile, you can see HERE some pictures that professor Gorka Palazio took during the seminar.

On behalf of NOR Research Group, thanks to the Department of Audiovisual Communication and Advertising and the Multimedia Communication UPV-EHU/EITB Master for their help in organizing the event.

New room number for the WEB TV Seminar (27; first floor)

Due to the amount of registered people, we have moved to a bigger classroom, the number 27. It is very easy to be founf: take the yellow staircase on your left and go up to the first floor. Folloe the numbers on the doors.

Please, be punctual. The classroom will be closed during the sessions and will be opened only during the coffee breaks and the lunch time.

Final schedule

We are very happy with the atmosphere around the WEB TV Seminar. A good number of participants have filled the registration form. Everything is ready.

Registration

The seminar is going to take place in a compact classroom, in the Faculty of Media Studies, first floor, room number 7.

The registration is free of charge.

As the number of attendants is limited, please, enroll as soon as posible sending a message to Patxi Azpillaga (patxi.azpillaga@ehu.es) containing the following information:
- name and surname
- work place or studies you are enrrolled
- phone number
- email address
- want to attend morning or/and afternoon sessions and have access to the free snack-lunch

The enrrollment has to be finished before December 10th.

TV in the era of Internet

This one day conference will serve as a meeting point of people interested in the new uses of media, the changes occurred on TV due to the influence of the Internet and both considered in different social and linguistic frameworks.
The format of the conference is very close to a workshop were we can share and discuss particular experiences. The second part of the day will give us the opportunity to learn from the offer of some TV channels on the Internet.
